Select a finished outcome

Approved skill

Choose the approved skill your team needs—without writing a prompt or building a workflow.

SELECTED SKILLInventory health reviewSpreadsheet → prioritized action plan

Simple to request.
Clear to trust.

AI Buddy keeps the complicated execution layer out of the way. Your team sees an approved skill, a controlled run, and a finished result they can actually use.

Approve in practice

Know exactly what will run

Before a skill becomes available, its purpose, required information, release version, usage limits, and expected outputs are reviewed and approved.

Versioned skillRequired inputsCompany limits

From repeated task
to reliable result.

AI Buddy handles the complicated layer. Your team gets a short, familiar path from “we need this done” to work they can actually use.

01

Choose a skill.

Select an approved task and upload the file or short instruction it needs.

02

We run the work.

The exact skill executes in a private, disposable workspace with controlled tools and access.

03

Open the result.

Review the finished report in your browser and download every supporting output.

Skills with
a finish line.

Not open-ended bots. Each skill has a known purpose, controlled inputs, required evidence, and an output contract we can test and improve.

01

Research

Current-source research that gathers evidence, compares options, and returns a decision-ready report.

02

Data & inventory

Turn spreadsheets and exports into priorities, exceptions, forecasts, and clear next actions.

03

Pricing

Compare internal data with live market evidence and produce plain raise, keep, lower, or check guidance.

04

Custom workflows

Package a repeated company process into a controlled skill your team can run whenever the work arrives.

Illustrative use cases

See the work,
not just the feature.

Each skill begins with information your team already has and ends with something they can open, review, and use.

These are fictional example workflows—not customer testimonials. Customer stories will only be shown with permission.
Example workflow

Inventory health review

A team provides its existing inventory export and receives a prioritized plan instead of another raw spreadsheet.

  1. Upload the current export
  2. Find risks and exceptions
  3. Open the finished action plan
Useful when the data already exists, but turning it into priorities repeatedly consumes staff time.
Example workflow

Market pricing review

AI Buddy combines approved product context with current evidence and returns clear actions for review.

  1. Provide the pricing context
  2. Review current-source evidence
  3. Open raise, keep, lower, or check actions
Useful when decisions need current evidence, a repeatable method, and a result the team can inspect.
Private by design

Your company’s work stays your company’s work.

Every run is authorized, isolated, limited, and traceable. Long-lived model credentials never enter the worker, and client files do not become a shared agent memory.

  • Company boundariesSeparate access and storage for each client.
  • Disposable workspacesA fresh isolated environment for each run.
  • Controlled releasesSigned, versioned skills with rollback history.
  • Evidence and auditabilityOutputs tied to the skill, run, sources, and attempt.

03RunBill successful work

We scope and approve each skill before launch, then compare it with the time and cost of completing that work manually. Successful runs are priced so the client keeps the larger share of the savings.

Useful first.
Then scalable.

We begin with one workflow your team already understands, prove the result, and expand only where the value is clear.

Is AI Buddy another chatbot?+

No. Your team chooses a defined business skill, supplies the requested information, and receives completed files. The goal is a finished result—not a longer conversation.

What happens to our files?+

Files stay inside your company boundary, are made available only to the authorized run, and are processed in an isolated disposable workspace. Results return to your authenticated portal.

How are skills updated?+

AI Buddy maintains versioned skill packages centrally. Updates are tested against expected outputs, released deliberately, and can be rolled back without asking each client to reinstall anything.

How does pricing work?+

Each skill is scoped before launch. Pricing follows the real work and run cost, with clear limits and no charge for an internal retry or unusable failed run.

What makes a good first workflow?+

The best first skill is a repeated, well-understood task with familiar inputs and a clear finished result. Research briefs, spreadsheet reviews, pricing checks, and recurring operational packages are strong starting points.

What happens after I request a pilot?+

We review the workflow, confirm whether it is a useful first fit, and outline the required information, finished result, controls, and run price. You see the scope before deciding whether to proceed, and no files are needed for the initial review.
